We are currently looking for a Technical Expert to join our teams and take part in this dynamic of innovation and excellence.
Job :
Main tasks:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and failure analysis on critical equipment.
- Conduct high-level reliability audits and technical expertise.
- Lead laboratory and on-site tests to validate new solutions, methodologies, and technologies.
- Provide technical support to operational teams on the most complex issues.
- Develop technical specifications in response to new needs.
Secondary tasks:
- Assist the Growth team during technical demonstrations and customer visits.
- Contribute to enriching and making our defect database more reliable to strengthen our predictive maintenance capabilities.
- Perform precision maintenance interventions, notably precision dynamic balancing, laser alignment of rotating machinery, and other interventions aimed at improving equipment reliability and performance.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in mechanical engineering or equivalent in a similar field relevant to the core business.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field.
- Failure diagnosis and analysis
- Proficiency in maintenance and reliability of industrial equipment
- Proficiency in precision maintenance of rotating machinery
- Good command of French and English, both written and spoken
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Innovative spirit
- Team spirit and knowledge sharing
