Job Overview:
The Faculty Club Agent is a hands-on operational role responsible for supporting the daily activities of the Faculty Club.
The role combines food and beverage service, basic kitchen assistance, inventory support, and cleanliness duties.
The incumbent ensures high-quality service delivery, smooth operations, and a welcoming environment for faculty club members and guests.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Food & Beverage Service
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Take orders and handle guest requests with courtesy and efficiency.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
• Clear tables and reset dining areas during and after service.
2. Kitchen & Operational Support
• Assist with basic food preparation when required.
• Support the cook in organizing, storing, and handling food items.
• Help ensure proper meal presentation and timely service.
• Report any quality or service issues to the supervisor.
3. Inventory & Procurement Support
• Assist in receiving and storing food and beverage supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Support basic record-keeping of supplies and usage.
4. Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards always.
• Support end-of-service cleaning and setting up for the next service.
• Report maintenance issues when necessary.
5. Customer Service & Team Support
• Provide excellent customer service to Faculty Club users.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
• Support smooth coordination during daily service and events.
Qualifications :
• Required
Bac+2 to Bac+3 in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering operations.
• Preferred
Experience in institutional catering or event service.
• Languages
English: Good knowledge required
French and/or Arabic is an advantage
