Position:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a German-speaking trainer
Responsibilities:
1 - Training Preparation
- Assure the logistical management of training
- Ensure the correct distribution of the advisor list
- Guarantee the administrative and documentary management of training
2 - Training Management
- Lead training modules
- Evaluate knowledge assimilation at the end of the professional training: creation of quizzes, analysis of results...
- Measure the effectiveness of professional training
- Ensure continuous training
3 - Field Follow-up and Support
- Ensure post-training follow-up for new hires
- Support new hires in the field
- Perform evaluations/checks with appropriate reports
- Inform the field about client news/modifications on an ongoing basis
- Identify training needs and propose suitable actions
4 - Skill Development/Maintenance
- Maintain professional skills through taking calls/back-office processing
- Contribute to updating client training modules
- Update the project intranet and knowledge base
- Collaborate with performance coaches/managers to support employees who are falling short
- Lead professional briefings
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
- You have successful experience in a similar role
- You perfectly master German in writing and speaking
- You are a good teacher
- You are known for your adaptability and creativity
- You master computer tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- You are known for your interpersonal skills
- 6 months of experience in the travel industry is highly desirable
