Your tasks, for example:

· Ensure that the performance of technical and non-technical staff meets manufacturer standards and norms.

· Motivate after-sales staff and foster a strong sense of belonging to the brand through training.

· Communicate internally and follow the manufacturer's annual training plan.

· Define classroom and online training, in consultation with the manufacturer and the After-Sales Department Management.

· Propose additional training, in consultation with your supervisor and the manufacturer.

· Ensure the training room is equipped with the required audio-visual and office equipment.

· Lead internal training sessions for after-sales technical staff.

· Be able to be certified to deliver technical training.

· Centralize paper and electronic documents sent by manufacturers and organize them for after-sales staff.

· Ensure all technical staff in the network have access to the necessary technical documentation.

· Set training objectives for your team members.

· Determine staff training needs and submit them for approval by the Director of the After-Sales and Spare Parts Department.

· Lead team meetings, define, and monitor KPIs and activity reports

Required profile :

As an engineer, you have experience in a similar role in the Automotive sector.
