Manage employee administration (contracts, employee files, leave, absences, onboarding, and departures).
Participate in recruitment (posting ads, CV screening, candidate pre-selection).
Monitor training and HR dashboards.
Prepare and check variable payroll elements.
Participate in internal communication activities and the organization of company events.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources.
Minimum 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally within an international company.
Good knowledge of labor law.
Good level of English.
Proficiency in office software.
