Job :

DXC Technology Morocco is currently expanding its German-speaking support teams and is looking for dynamic Customer Service Agents to join an international and fast-growing environment.

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer support in German via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Handle customer requests efficiently while ensuring a high level of service quality
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive customer experience
  • Follow internal procedures and quality standards
  • Collaborate with different teams in a dynamic international environment

Required profile :

  • Excellent command of German is mandatory (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus
  • Good level of English and/or French is appreciated
  • Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast-paced environment
