As part of the development of our branch network, we are recruiting Customer Managers.
Your responsibilities are as follows:
Welcome customers, manage current operations, and develop your portfolio commercially.
Ensure daily opening and closing procedures.
Take charge of managing your secondary cash register, process counter operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, certifications, currency exchange, etc.).
Contribute to resolving complaints related to counter operations and manage customer requests and complaints by handling them directly or directing them to the appropriate contact.
Manage treasury (calling for or collecting funds, supplying ATMs) with the CCP or Branch Manager.
Process securities (outgoing & incoming clearing and inter-branch) and centralize accounting daily.
Manage, alone or with colleagues, the counter client portfolio, sell simplified sales products, direct clients to advisors for credit applications, other products, and account openings, while contributing to internal acquisition.
Education level Bac+2/Bac+3 such as BTS, DTS, DUT, DEUG, or Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Economics and Management.
Good command of sales techniques or Commerce and Marketing.
