As part of the development of our branch network, we are recruiting Customer Managers.
Your missions are as follows:
Ensure customer reception, management of current operations, and commercial development of their portfolio.
Ensure the tasks of opening and closing the day.
Take charge of managing their secondary cash desk, proceed with processing counter operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, certifications, currency exchange, etc.).
Contribute to resolving complaints related to counter operations and manage customer requests and complaints by taking them on directly or directing them to the right contact person.
Ensure, with the CCP or the Branch Manager, treasury management (calling for or collecting funds, supplying ATMs).
Process the handling of securities (outgoing and incoming clearing, and inter-branch transfers) and the centralization of accounting days.
Manage, alone or with colleagues, the counter customer portfolio, proceed with the marketing of simplified sales products, direct the client to the advisor for credit applications, other products, and account openings, while contributing to internal acquisition.
Training Bac+2/Bac+3 such as BTS, DTS, DUT, DEUG, or Licence with a specialization in Economics and Management.
Good command of sales techniques or Commerce and Marketing.
