Your mission:
As a Training Manager (Expert in Training Engineering), you will be responsible for managing the training engineering process related to specific themes according to the Bank's consolidated Continuing Education plan and ensure the translation of the overall vision across all processes through supervision tools.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Anticipating and designing the training action plan based on training needs feedback, using a global and coherent training engineering approach.
• Designing hybrid pedagogical models, adapting CPS according to the specific training needs of each entity, launching consultations and calls for tender with the purchasing department, analyzing responses, and holding business scoping meetings.
• Deploying the training action plan, ensuring smooth execution in terms of planning, attendance, trainee feedback, facilitator reports, etc., and continuously improving training through an evaluation system and procurement aspects (purchase orders for related external services and payment follow-up).
• Leading the Bank's structuring and transformative training actions in collaboration with business lines and regions, as well as managing digital and technological projects, and ensuring their return on investment.
• Preparing reports on statistics for all training processes; monitoring activity and performance indicators, as well as budget consumption related to training processes, and reconciling figures against authorized budgets.
• Monitoring impact evaluations and preparing reports for managers to measure return on investment.
• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or University, specializing in Human Resources. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a banking environment.
• You are autonomous, can manage stress effectively, and are capable of anticipating and organizing priorities.
• You are independent and organized.
• You have good listening and communication skills.
