Job :

We are looking for a Stock Manager, whose mission will be:

• • Receiving goods and managing inventory
• • Classifying and storing products according to their nature and packaging,
• • Respecting the storage rules and standards for each product
• • Optimizing the space dedicated to stock management, for example by arranging goods,
• • Determining the quantity of available stock to optimally manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods.
• • Ensuring product availability in stock in relation to the production schedule and arrivals.
• • Performing inventory counts and measuring discrepancies to ensure consistency between physical stock and computer stock.
• • Suggesting improvements for stocking goods on shelves.
• • Monitoring consumption
• • Supervising order preparation and checking the contents of goods upon receipt.
• • Verifying documentation related to different products and entering arrivals into the computer system
• • Ensuring the quality of received products, as well as compliance with delivery times and the terms of contracts with suppliers.
• • Monitoring consumption and forecasts to ensure product availability and optimize stock management.
• • Suggesting improvements for the computer tools used in stock management.
• • Implementing, monitoring, and analyzing performance indicators.

Required profile :

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in the industry
- Proficiency in stock management
- Knowledge of quality (Quality tools)
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office - SageX3)
- Languages: French
