Job :

We are looking for a Digital Learning Manager to join the Continuing Education teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of the Digital and Blended Learning Action Plan through internal business insights and external market watch.
• Design hybrid learning paths using new pedagogical innovation methods.
• Lead full digital campaigns and learning paths according to an annual roadmap in response to internal needs.
• Manage the E-Learning system and communities aligned with performance objectives and target audience coverage.
• Develop specifications according to the Procurement process for the creation of online modules, content purchasing, and manage the pedagogical engineering process for modules, acceptance testing, and deployment.
• Ensure the development and monitoring of e-learning budgets and process activities.
• Establish and communicate activity reports and multi-criteria validation statistics.
Réaliser les actions de maintenance, de refonte, d'actualisation de contenus et d'administration de la plate forme avec les prestataires et le SIRH.
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or University, specializing in Human Resources. You have 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a banking environment.
• You are autonomous, can manage stress effectively, and are capable of anticipating and organizing priorities.
• You are autonomous and organized.
• You have good listening and communication skills.
