Job :

Regulatory Reporting:

• Supervise the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to supervisory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards in the monetary sector.
• Monitor Moroccan regulatory changes and ensure internal practices are compliant.
• Analyze regulatory gaps and develop corrective action plans.

 Legal:

• Map operational, financial, and regulatory risks specific to the monetary sector and payment solutions.
• Ensure that contracts and internal policies comply with current regulations.
• Proactively monitor legal changes in the sector and adapt internal processes accordingly.
• Strengthen the anti-fraud and internal control systems.
 

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Law, Banking Law, Compliance, or equivalent.
• Confirmed experience of a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the banking, monetary, or financial sector.
• Mastery of national and international regulations relating to payment methods.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
