Job :
Reporting to the health department, you will manage the health and provident claims of our policyholders, from receipt to settlement:
- Ensure the follow-up and management of health claims.
- Verify the compliance of supporting documents (medical bills, prescriptions, medical reports, statements, etc.).
- Study and analyze the guarantees provided in health insurance contracts.
- Process reimbursement requests in accordance with procedures and deadlines.
- Communicate with insurance companies to track claims and resolve any issues.
- Inform and assist clients on the progress of their claims.
- Identify anomalies, incomplete files, or situations requiring expertise.
- Follow up with policyholders, healthcare providers, or insurers.
- Update management tools and report on processed claims.
- Manage and track claims related to incapacity, disability, and death
Required profile :
- Good knowledge of health insurance contracts, health guarantees, and claims management procedures.
- Proficiency in document analysis and verification of documents.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to communicate with policyholders and insurance companies.
- Proficiency in office software and claims management software.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (BAC+2 /3) in insurance, management, finance, or an administrative field.
- Experience in health claims management, brokerage, or insurance company is appreciated.
