Job :

The Global HR Content Specialist role is for someone who is proactive and pays attention to details. The goal is to manage and keep up the HR information in our GO HR portal. This means making sure all HR information is correct, new, easy to find, and simple to use. This helps HR work well and makes the employee experience better.

The HR Content Specialist has three main jobs:

  • Responsible for publishing HR content in the GO HR Portal on time and with good quality.
  • Responsible for giving good answers to questions from employees using the GO HR Portal, or sending the question to the right person if needed.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting on performance metrics (KPIs).

The Global HR Content Specialist helps to deliver work according to the agreed-upon service times and conditions (SLA).

Manage and check all content on the internal HR Portal for 13 countries. Make sure it is correct, useful, and published on time.

Work ahead of time with many people who provide content, both for local and global topics. Gather, check, and approve articles.

Help content providers (GOT service owners) prepare, edit, and format articles for publishing.

Use AI tools to help create, edit, and translate content.

Manage content translations. Make sure they are good and make sense in the context, using Secure GPT.

Use UI/UX design ideas to make the content layout and user experience better.

Use CSS and HTML skills to make needed formatting changes and fix layout problems.

Actively find missing content and suggest ways to make it better.

Watch how content is performing and how users interact with it. Use this information to make updates.

Make sure content rules and best practices are followed.

Required profile :

Have proven experience in managing content, editing, or similar jobs.

Have a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to content quality and updates.

Show curiosity.

Are familiar with UI/UX design ideas.

Have knowledge of CSS and HTML for formatting and layout changes.

Have experience with AI tools for content support.

Have excellent communication and coordination skills with different teams and countries.

Are able to work on your own, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Have experience managing content in multiple languages and translations.

Pay attention to details and have high standards for content accuracy and presentation.

Have a basic understanding of HR topics is a plus.
