Your main tasks: •Define and deploy the company's IT strategy. •Manage the entire IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, and virtualization). •Ensure the availability, performance, and security of information systems. •Oversee the implementation and evolution projects of business software (ERP, MES, WMS, etc.). •Ensure the administration of systems and networks, as well as backup management. •Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies. •Manage IT service providers and maintenance contracts. •Supervise the IT team and support users. •Ensure the continuity of IT services and continuous improvement.
Profile sought: •Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. •Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment. •Solid experience in managing IT infrastructures (servers, networks, virtualization, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware/Hyper-V). •Proven experience in deploying and integrating ERP and other business solutions. •Good command of cybersecurity issues, backups, and service continuity. •Leadership, project management, organizational skills, and excellent communication. •Good level of French and English.
