Main responsibilities:
Welcome customers and visually assess damage.
Prepare repair estimates for bodywork and paint.
Estimate costs for labor, spare parts, and supplies.
Liaise with experts and insurance companies.
Explain estimates to customers and answer their questions.
Follow up on repair files until validation.
Collaborate with the bodywork workshop to ensure the conformity of the work performed.
Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and deadlines.
Participate in optimizing the turnover of the bodywork activity.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Training in automotive bodywork or equivalent technical field.
Experience in a similar role in a bodywork workshop or dealership.
Good knowledge of automotive repair techniques and estimation methodology.
Proficiency in computer tools and estimation software.
Customer service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
