Job :

  • Welcome clients, representing the company's image;
  • Offer a personalized welcome service based on the client's expectations and profile;
  • Provide information on the brand's vehicles and track sales team schedules;
  • Handle phone calls regarding products and services, ensuring clear communication;
  • Direct visitors to their contacts (sales, after-sales services, etc.);
  • Manage appointments, client registration, and coordinate schedules;
  • Alert relevant departments in case of any problem or special situation at the reception.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in reception, communication, commerce, or hospitality.
• First experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Good command of French and English, both spoken and written.
