We are recruiting - HR Back-office Officer
As part of a new need, we are looking for an HR Back-office Officer to join a dynamic HR team and contribute to the management and optimization of HR processes.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Bachelor's degree minimum in Human Resources / Management, ideally a Master's in Human Resources
3 to 5 years of experience in an HR / Personnel Administration environment
Professional / fluent English essential
Very good command of digital HR tools and digital environments
Preliminary knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to HR
Good command / solid knowledge of labor legislation
Agile, independent, organized profile, comfortable in an evolving environment
