Job :
Main tasks
- Assure administrative management of staff and follow-up of HR files
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor law and internal procedures
- Support employees and managers on various HR topics
- Ensure follow-up of contracts, leave, absences, and staff movements
- Participate in recruitment management and the onboarding of new employees
- Prepare and monitor HR reports and indicators
- Handle various employee requests and HR issues
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of HR processes
- Keep up-to-date with changes in social legislation and HR best practices
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR role
- Experience in a call center / BPO is highly appreciated
- Good command of Moroccan labor law
- Good knowledge of HR processes and personnel administration
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, rigorous, discreet, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
