Job :

  • Join a dynamic company as an HR Specialist in Tangier, Morocco. Within a collaborative and ambitious team, you will actively contribute to the implementation and development of the company's Human Resources strategy.

  • Your main mission will be to ensure the management and monitoring of HR processes while supporting managers and employees on various human resources-related topics. You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of HR practices and the development of a positive and high-performing company culture.

  • Main responsibilities
    Manage the entire recruitment process (writing and distributing job ads, sourcing, pre-selection of candidates, conducting HR interviews, monitoring recruitment, and onboarding new employees).
    Ensure administrative follow-up of staff (contracts, amendments, personnel files, certificates, etc.).
    Coordinate and monitor the onboarding process for new employees.
    Participate in the development and deployment of the annual training plan, as well as monitoring training activities.
    Support managers on various HR topics and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
    Contribute to the implementation of internal communication actions and initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement.
    Participate in HR projects related to talent development, process improvement, and HR tool digitalization.
    Monitor HR indicators and prepare necessary reports for decision-making.
    Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
    Report any anomalies or situations requiring specific intervention to the Human Resources Manager.

Required profile :

A diploma of at least Bac +3 (Bachelor's degree equivalent) is required, with a specialization in HR / Personnel / Training. Additional training in social law would be a significant asset. A strong knowledge of the Moroccan labor market and local human resources regulations is essential to succeed in this role.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar position is desired. Your interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team will be valuable assets for success in this role. It is important to have the ability to adapt and manage stress to handle complex situations.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills:

  • Mastery of human resources management tools and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organizational and time management skills.

  • Analytical and synthesis skills.

  • Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite).

  • In-depth knowledge of Moroccan social legislation.

Proficiency in French and Arabic is essential. Knowledge of English would be a plus.
