Missions principales :
L’infirmier polyvalent au sein du Centre Hospitalo-Universitaire joue un rôle clé dans la prise en charge des patients dans divers services. Il/elle assure les soins infirmiers nécessaires tout en s’adaptant aux spécificités des différents services hospitaliers (urgences, chirurgie, médecine, etc.).
Responsabilités :
- Assurer les soins infirmiers (administration des traitements, soins post-opératoires, surveillance des signes vitaux, etc.) dans le respect des protocoles établis.
- Collaborer avec les équipes médicales et paramédicales pour offrir une prise en charge optimale des patients.
- Assurer la continuité des soins lors de changements de service.
- Participer à l'évaluation et à l'amélioration de la qualité des soins.
- Informer et accompagner les patients et leurs familles dans la compréhension des soins et des traitements.
- Assurer la gestion administrative liée à son activité (dossiers patients, rapports de soins, etc.).
Required profile :
Profil recherché :
- Diplôme d'Infirmier Polyvalent
- Expérience souhaitée dans plusieurs services hospitaliers (polyvalence).
- Sens de l’organisation, rigueur, et capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Empathie et capacité d'écoute.
- Maitrise des outils informatiques liés à la gestion des dossiers patients.
