Job :
As part of our development, we are hiring two ANAPEC interns for the N1 Operations Analyst (NOC) mission, who will join our teams in Rabat.
Job missions :
• Supervision of the infrastructure and handling of first-level incidents (LAN, WIFI).
• Analysis of alerts, qualification, and escalation to other support levels if needed.
• Contribution to resolving N1 tickets and requests, while respecting service commitments to our clients.
• Good communication skills in French, both spoken and written. English is a plus.
This internship will allow them to be fully immersed in the operations analyst job and prepare them to be good candidates for our future needs.
Required profile :
- Young graduates with a Master's degree (Bac+5), in computer networks and telecommunications
- Experience/internship in a similar department is desired
- Interest in Telecom, network, and customer service
- Good communication skills in French, both spoken and written. English is a plus.
