Main Mission

As part of our development in the automotive sector, we are looking for a Junior Engineer in electronics or embedded systems to work on diagnostic, analysis, and technical support activities for vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

Manage automotive diagnostic activities on various embedded systems.
Analyze technical anomalies and identify root causes.
Ensure the processing, monitoring, and resolution of incidents.
Coordinate different stakeholders (internal teams, clients, technical support).
Participate in the continuous improvement of diagnostic processes.
Provide effective and high-quality technical customer support.
Plan activities and ensure project milestones are met.
Write analysis reports and ensure incident traceability.

Required profile :

Engineering degree in electronics, embedded systems, or equivalent.
First experience (internship or job) in automotive diagnostics.
Good command of functional engineering and embedded systems.
Ability to analyze, structure, and solve technical problems.
Skillful in handling and monitoring incidents.
Organizational skills, rigor, and respect for deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Customer support experience is highly appreciated.
