Job :

As part of strengthening our Cybersecurity and Identity Management teams, we are looking for an Experienced IAM Engineer / Senior IAM Engineer to support the deployment, evolution, and support of identity and access management solutions.

You will work in critical environments and contribute to the security of user access, entitlement governance, and continuous improvement of IAM platforms.

Depending on your level of expertise, you may also participate in IAM transformation, migration, and architecture projects.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

Administration and operation of IAM solutions

• Administer and maintain Okta Workforce Identity and SailPoint IdentityIQ platforms.
• Manage the user identity lifecycle: creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts.
• Ensure the management of roles, groups, entitlements, and authentication policies.
• Maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) mechanisms.

Access governance and compliance

• Participate in the implementation of Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes.
• Execute and monitor access certification campaigns.
• Contribute to the management of roles and entitlement models (RBAC).
• Ensure compliance with security and access-related requirements.

Technical support and continuous improvement

• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to authentication, identity federation, and provisioning.
• Handle IAM support requests and Level 2/3 incidents, depending on the role level.
• Participate in root cause analyses (RCA) and continuous improvement plans.
• Maintain and enrich technical and operational documentation.

IAM Architecture and Projects (Senior)

• Design and evolve IAM architectures.
• Lead migrations and evolution projects for authentication systems.
• Implement federation and identity protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth2, OIDC).
• Produce architecture and design documentation (HLD / LLD).
• Define and promote IAM security best practices.

Collaboration and coordination

• Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams.
• Participate in technical workshops and governance meetings.
• Support operational teams and share your expertise.

Required profile :

Education & Experience:

• Master's degree / Engineering degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• IAM Engineer: 3 to 5 years of experience in identity and access management.
• Senior IAM Engineer: Minimum 6 years of experience, including several years in expert or architectural IAM roles.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Okta Workforce Identity: SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management.
• Significant experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Excellent knowledge of protocols:
• SAML 2.0
• OAuth2
• OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• LDAP / Active Directory
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills:

• ForgeRock or One Identity.
• Entra ID / Azure AD.
• PAM solutions (WALLIX or equivalent).
• Automation and Python scripting.
