Job :
The QHSE Engineer is responsible for managing, deploying, and improving the company's Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management system. They ensure compliance with regulatory, normative, and internal requirements, contribute to the prevention of occupational and environmental risks, and support teams in a continuous improvement approach.
Main Tasks:
Organize and maintain all management systems adopted by the Group's companies, and supervise their implementation at all levels
Ensure regular updates on the compliance status of the group's activities with legislative texts.
Define and implement the communication plan on the group's policies and risks
Manage risks and opportunities related to the Group's various processes
Ensure employees understand and apply procedures through training and methodological support
Document processes and harmonize documents (writing procedures, instructions, work instructions, forms, documents required by ISO 9001, 14001, 18788, 27001, 37001, and 45001 standards);
Ensure the update and mastery of documents and records by process owners through a verification system;
Measure customer and stakeholder satisfaction (feedback, satisfaction surveys...);
Maintain the Group's process dashboard and follow up on corrective actions
Monitor the various action plans related to the Group's processes
Identify and analyze QHSE problems and propose corrective actions
Evaluate the overall performance of processes and the integrated management system and measure the effectiveness of actions taken;
Lead internal audits and audits on service providers' sites and construction sites
Train staff on the ISO standards adopted by the group and their requirements.
Prepare any new certification process and ensure the sustainability of current certifications
Required profile :
Skills:
Mastery of QHSE standards and requirements.
Risk assessment and prevention.
Conducting audits, controls, and inspections.
Incident analysis and corrective action follow-up.
Monitoring indicators and QHSE reporting.
Team awareness and training.
Proficiency in office and document management tools.

Profile sought:
Higher education in QHSE, HSE, Quality, Environment, or equivalent field.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a QHSE role
Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Mastery of health, safety, and environment regulations.
Proficiency in office tools and reporting techniques.
Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, and good interpersonal abilities.
