Job :
MAIN ACTIVITIES
*Purpose: Provide production support on quality aspects and ensure customer satisfaction for its line
*Manage through Quality
-Ensure compliance with quality objectives defined by quality sector management with operational sector management, and make necessary corrections in case of deviation from these objectives; Measure the quality of products and services provided by the sector against defined objectives, and report on it; Ensure the adoption of the Safran Nacelles Quality policy and the rules of the quality management system.
-Propose process improvements when necessary; Deploy daily awareness and training actions related to the application of quality rules; Ensure compliance of practices with Safran Nacelles procedures and Customer specifics; Conduct audits within its scope (Product/Process, workstation audits, ...)
-Contribute to the Safran Nacelles audit plan
-Promote, lead, and/or manage prevention, correction, and improvement through recognized approaches and methodologies (5P, 8D, FMEAs, SPC, ...).
*Design for manufacturing at target cost
-Participate in IS (Industrialization Study) meetings from the S6 milestone
-Ensure the proper application of the PVI (Industrial Process Validation) process internally, a process managed by methods; Ensure the quality of deliverables for the industrial file (routes, tracking sheets, - CM...); Ensure that industrialization reviews are carried out; Ensure that recommendations from these industrialization reviews are taken into account, that actions are planned and closed.
*Produce
-Support and/or monitor the proper application of the production process. Analyze the quality level of manufactured parts using appropriate methodologies; Perform MRB AQ (Material Review Board - Authorized Quality) function for non-conformities; Act as the interface with internal customers on quality aspects of operations; Ensure the quality/qualification of production equipment and the qualification of special processes; Stop any process, in agreement with the sector's producer, if a malfunction seriously compromises the quality of the materials and escalate the alert to the appropriate function.

*Reports any anomaly related to HSE to its management,
*Proposes improvement solutions to management and participates in the search for better HSE prevention.
