Join our dynamic team as a Railway Signaling Engineer. Based in Casablanca, this opportunity places you at the heart of strategic projects for the evolution of railway infrastructure. Your mission will be to design, develop, and oversee signaling systems, thereby ensuring the safety and efficiency of railway operations.
The Railway Signaling Engineer acts as a senior expert in railway signaling to ensure the design, regulatory compliance, and RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) performance of signaling systems.
They support the client in complex railway projects, providing technical leadership, interface coordination, and alignment between client requirements, CENELEC standards, and project constraints, particularly in the Moroccan railway context.
The main objective of this position is to provide cutting-edge technical expertise in railway signaling, actively contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems, and participate in the development of new innovative solutions. You will play a key role in the success of signaling projects, ensuring their compliance with the strictest standards and their optimal deployment.
Your responsibilities will include actively participating in signaling system design studies, drafting technical specifications and requirements documents, as well as monitoring their implementation. You will collaborate closely with project teams, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure the successful integration of signaling solutions. Furthermore, you may be involved in research and development activities to anticipate technological advancements.
To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required. A specialization in fields such as Project Management, Studies, or R&D would be a major asset for understanding the technical and organizational challenges related to railway signaling.
We are looking for a professional with significant experience ranging from 5 to 20 years in the field of railway signaling. This experience should demonstrate your ability to manage complex projects and provide reliable and innovative technical solutions.
