Job :

We are looking for a Works Engineer to join our lines and substations teams in Morocco. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the execution of electrical works in compliance with standards and deadlines set.
• Ensure the planning and monitoring of construction sites from start to finish, guaranteeing the quality of electrical installations.
• Coordinate teams on site and ensure their safety.
• Supervise the design, installation, and commissioning phases of electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with various project stakeholders (clients, suppliers, subcontractors) to ensure the smooth execution of works.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• State engineering degree in electrical or electromechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• First experience in managing electrical projects, preferably in electrical installations, is desirable.
• Mastery of current standards and regulations in the electrical field.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor in work.
• International mobility in West African countries.
