Job :

As an Electrical Engineer, reporting to the Building Division, you will be responsible for managing maintenance contracts for the technical facilities of the CID headquarters, as well as coordinating and monitoring maintenance, repair, and improvement work on the facilities.
Main tasks:
• Participate in developing the annual maintenance budget for the CID headquarters.
• Coordinate external companies involved in maintenance and repair operations;
• Ensure the acceptance, work, and quality verification of services provided.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations,
• Plan and coordinate various maintenance tasks.
• Optimize the building's energy consumption.
• Keep intervention and budget tracking charts up to date.
• Approve quotes and invoices related to maintenance services for the CID headquarters.
• Develop tender documents for improvement, upgrade, and renovation operations of the CID headquarters, based on needs expressed by the logistics department.
 

Required profile :

Graduated from an engineering school with a degree in Electrical Engineering, you have 5 years of significant experience in a similar role.
Good command of preventive, corrective, and curative maintenance.
Good knowledge of facilities: HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, electricity, generator sets, elevators, fire safety systems, video surveillance, building management systems (BMS).
Good knowledge of applicable building standards and regulations.
Ability to diagnose faults and identify their causes.
Good command of French.
Good interpersonal skills
