Job :

As a Resident Civil Engineering Engineer, reporting to the Dam Division, you will be responsible for the permanent representation of the design office on the Ain Ksob dam construction site located in the province of Benslimane, as part of the execution study contract with the Directorate of Hydraulic Development.
Main tasks:
• Regularly transmit, under the supervision of headquarters, the information necessary for project adaptations;
• Provide technical support and advice to the Development Manager (Client) as soon as possible;
• Respond to correspondence from the Development Manager within three days;
• Adapt execution plans to the natural conditions of the construction site and inform the Development Manager by mail of any adaptations and modifications made;
• Review the technical proposals of the Company, in consultation with the Development services;
• Review the weekly and monthly laboratory reports;
• Provide an opinion on all documents related to execution submitted for review;
• Write a quarterly activity report, in French and illustrated with photographs, covering adaptations of execution plans, installation problems, analysis of the quality of work performed, and schedule analysis;
• Prepare the final mission completion report in accordance with the Client's directives.
 

Required profile :

Graduate of a civil engineering school, specializing in hydraulics or structures;
Significant experience of 5 years in dam construction sites;
Good command of construction techniques for dams and concrete structures (RCC, conventional concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and joints);
Good command of interpreting execution plan adaptations, as well as CAD tools (AutoCAD).
