Job :

As a Resident Civil Engineering Engineer, reporting to the Dam Division, you will be responsible for the permanent representation of the design office on the Tamri dam construction site, located in the province of Agadir. This is within the framework of the execution design services contract awarded by the Hydraulic Development Department.
Main missions:
• Regularly transmit, under the supervision of the head office, the necessary information for project adaptations;
• Provide technical support and advice to the Development Manager (Client) in a timely manner;
• Respond to correspondence from the Development Manager within a maximum of three days;
• Adapt execution plans to the natural conditions of the construction site and inform the Development Manager by letter of the adaptations and modifications made;
• Review the Contractor's technical proposals, in consultation with the Development department;
• Examine the weekly and monthly laboratory reports;
• Provide an opinion on all documents related to execution submitted for examination;
• Write a quarterly activity report, in French and illustrated with photographs, concerning the adaptations of execution plans, site installation problems, analysis of the quality of work carried out, and analysis of schedules;
• Prepare the final mission completion report in accordance with the Client's directives.
 

Required profile :

Graduate of a civil engineering school, specializing in hydraulics or structures;
Significant experience of 5 years in dam construction sites;
Good command of construction techniques for dams and concrete structures (RCC, conventional concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and joints);Good command of interpreting the adaptation of execution plans, as well as CAD tools (AutoCAD);
