Job :

As part of the development of our operational and application integration activities, we are recruiting several Middleware, Data & Database profiles, from Junior to Senior/L3 level.

You will participate in the administration, support, and evolution of middleware platforms, databases, and decision-making tools, while ensuring the availability, performance, and security of production environments.

Depending on your expertise, you may be involved in Middleware, Oracle DBA, ETL, BI Reporting, or even operational automation.

Your main tasks
Middleware Administration

• Ensure the operation and maintenance of middleware platforms in operational condition.
• Supervise data exchange and transfer flows.
• Administer application servers and schedulers.
• Participate in incident resolution and support activities.
• Contribute to deployments, version upgrades, and technical evolutions.

Data & Database Administration

• Administer and maintain production databases.
• Ensure backups, restores, and maintenance operations.
• Participate in performance optimization and capacity management.
• Supervise ETL processes and ensure their proper functioning.
• Maintain reporting and business intelligence platforms.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Develop automation scripts.
• Participate in the industrialization of operations.
• Improve operational and monitoring processes.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.

Expertise & Governance (Senior Profiles)

• Handle complex level 3 technical escalations.
• Define technical standards and best practices.
• Participate in architecture and migration projects.
• Perform root cause analyses and improvement plans.
• Support team skill development.

Required profile :

Education & Experience:

Junior Engineer

• First experience or recent graduate in IT.
• Interest in Middleware, Database, or Data environments.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and scripting.
• Rigor, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Engineer

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Middleware or Database administration.
• Experience in a production environment.
• Good command of operational and support processes.
• Ability to work autonomously on incidents and changes.

Senior Engineer / Architect

• More than 6 years of experience.
• Recognized technical expertise in Middleware or Database environments.
• Experience in L3 support, architecture, or technical governance.
• Technical leadership and team support.
