Job :
1. Preparation and planning of missions:
Participate in the development of the inspection plan and the definition of mission objectives.
Prepare the necessary documents for the mission (check-lists, interview guides, analysis sheets).
Analyze the situation of the entities to be inspected (outstanding loans, non-performing loans, incidents, etc.).
2. Conducting and supervising inspections:
Conduct on-site investigation missions (branches, departments, subsidiaries), alone or in a team.
Check the compliance of operations, procedures, and financial flows.
Conduct interviews, collect evidence, and supporting documents.
Identify and analyze anomalies, risks, and malfunctions.
3. Writing reports and feedback:
Write detailed inspection reports, summarize findings, and formulate operational recommendations.
Prepare minutes of meetings, centralize evidence, and forward files to the Head of the Inspection Department.
Present results during feedback meetings and answer questions from stakeholders.
4. Follow-up, support, and continuous improvement:
Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of inspection procedures and tools.

Mastery of audit, inspection, and internal control techniques.
Good knowledge of banking, financial, and regulatory procedures.
Understanding of operational and financial risks.
