Fert-Explorer recherche un profil avec un sens prononcé de l'orgnisation et de la structuration, avec de grandes capacités de suivi des interfaces et de facilitation des démarches administratives/logistiques...
Le profil a recruter aura comme missions:
1/ Coordination fluide avec les différentes interfaces de FertExplorer.
2/ Création de procédures internes à FertExplorer, de canevas et d'outils dans une perspective d'optimisation des démarches.
3/ Lancement, suivi et consolidation des actions administratives et logistiques.
4/ Gestion financière de l'activité de FertExplorer.
5/ Suivi des achats de Fert-Explorer.
6/ Suivi logistique en support à l'activité et aux projets de Fert-Explorer.
7/ Toute autre action de support et de facilitation...
Required profile :
Profil recherché:
Compétences métiers / techniques:
- Type de profil : Bac+4 / Licence professionnelle.
- Débutant avec des stages ou première expérience dans un domaine/fonction similaire.
• Stages ou première expérience dans la gestion des interfaces, la structuration et la mise en place de processus/canevas et outils.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, organisation/suivi et capacité à travailler en équipe.
