Job :

As part of the development of our IT operations and monitoring activities, we are recruiting several IT Operations & Observability profiles, from Junior to Senior level, to work on critical production environments.

You will participate in the operational management of IT services, major incident management, continuous improvement of ITSM processes, and the monitoring of application and infrastructure performance through next-generation observability platforms.

Depending on your level of expertise, you may be involved in IT operations management, advanced Dynatrace administration, or system and application performance analysis.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

IT Operations Management:

• Assure the follow-up and coordination of production incidents.
• Participate in the handling of critical incidents (P1/P2) and the follow-up of resolution actions.
• Contribute to Problem Management and the identification of root causes.
• Participate in Change Management processes and CAB meetings.
• Produce and track service performance indicators (SLA, KPI, availability, service quality).
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of operational procedures.

Observability & Monitoring:

• Administer and evolve the Dynatrace platform.
• Deploy and maintain monitoring components (OneAgent, ActiveGate).
• Design and maintain dashboards, monitoring indicators, and alerts.
• Monitor application, system, and infrastructure performance.
• Define availability and performance objectives (SLO).
• Utilize the advanced analysis and artificial intelligence capabilities of the observability platform.

Automation & Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in the automation of operational tasks and processes.
• Contribute to the integration of observability tools with ITSM solutions.
• Conduct performance analyses and propose improvement plans.
• Participate in technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Performance Testing:

• Design and execute load and performance test scenarios.
• Analyze results and identify bottlenecks.
• Produce recommendations for application and infrastructure optimization.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams during testing campaigns.

Required profile :

Education & Experience:

Junior IT Operations Analyst:

• First experience or recent graduate.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles.
• Sense of organization and interest in production environments.
• Proficiency in French.

IT Operations Engineer:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in production operations or support.
• Mastery of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Significant experience with ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

IT Operations Manager / Service Lead:

• More than 6 years of experience in IT operations management.
• ITIL v4 expertise.
• Experience in managing major incidents and post-incident reviews.
• Solid skills in service governance and operational reporting.

Dynatrace Engineer / Senior Dynatrace Engineer:

• Proven experience with Dynatrace.
• Administration of OneAgent, ActiveGate, and Management Zones.
• Creation of dashboards and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Cloud environments is appreciated.

Performance & Load Testing Engineer:

• Experience with JMeter, NeoLoad, or similar tools.
• Application performance analysis.
• Ability to identify and resolve scalability issues.
