As part of strengthening our team, we are recruiting a Junior Lawyer with initial experience who wishes to grow in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Reporting to the Legal Director, your main responsibilities will be:
- To study and analyze legal documents from clients and external partners.
- To draft legal documents related to financing operations.
- To carry out legal and jurisprudential watch and draft legal information notes.
- To conduct legal research.
- To report on ongoing cases and requests to the Legal Director.
Required profile :
- Holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in business law, you have 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Good command of computer tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint..).
- Knowledge of corporate law, contract law, banking law, property law, real rights, security interests law.
- Rigor and organizational skills.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Responsiveness and ability to manage priorities.
- Flexibility, autonomy, and adaptability.
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Good level of written and oral expression in French.
