Job :

Reporting to the Legal and Litigation Department, your main tasks will be:

• To provide consulting and legal support to the structure's entities.
• To ensure the structure's activities comply with current legislation and regulations.
• To contribute to the drafting and validation of legal documents.
• To prepare the entity's correspondence and legal responses.
• To conduct legal monitoring and gather legal information related to Novec.
• To contribute to the management and follow-up of all litigation files with Novec's various stakeholders.
• To carry out tasks assigned to the function in accordance with current internal procedures.

Required profile :

• With a BAC+5 degree in Private Law, ideally with a specialization in business law, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have in-depth knowledge of civil, commercial, and social law, as well as public law and civil and criminal procedures.
• With strong interpersonal skills and excellent writing abilities, you master legal terminology.
• Good command of business English would be an asset.
