Job :
Reporting to the Head of Social Relations, your main mission is to contribute to maintaining a social climate conducive to employee well-being by providing support, advice, and awareness-raising missions
In this role, your main missions are:
- Legal management & litigation
- Social management
- Prevention of psychosocial risks (PSR)
- Employee experience & well-being at work
- Reporting & monitoring
Required profile :
You have at least 4 years of experience, ideally between 3 and 5 years, practicing labor law.
Perfect mastery of labor law
Representation of the employer in court hearings
Ability to produce legal opinions in labor law
Proven management of social litigation
Good knowledge of the multinational environment
Ability to open up to new activities within the social relations department
