Job :

Main Mission:

Prospect and develop the client portfolio by supporting the digital transformation of SMEs through a complete offer of telecom and ICT solutions adapted to their needs, in collaboration with pre-sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and retain a portfolio of SME clients
• Identify and qualify connectivity and ICT needs
• Propose relevant bundled Telco and ICT solutions in coordination with pre-sales
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within your portfolio
• Negotiate commercial conditions while respecting margins.
• Maintain a close relationship with key decision-makers among clients and prospects.
• Provide regular reporting on activity and performance (Revenue generated, sales pipeline, etc.).
 

Required profile :

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in Commerce, Telecoms, or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B Telco sales and/or IT integration
• Certification: Product and solution training
