Laboratory Technician - Ksar El Kébir

Job :

Join a dynamic company in the agri-food sector and bring your expertise as a Laboratory Technician to our establishment located in Ksar El Kébir. This is a unique opportunity to grow in a stimulating environment.

Your role will be to ensure laboratory analyses are carried out and results are communicated on time.

Your main tasks will include:

• Between campaigns:
• Perform inventory of laboratory chemicals and equipment
• Define the need for equipment and chemicals necessary for the campaign and prepare special purchase orders (CPS)
• Prepare solutions of chemicals needed for analyses
• Assist with the annual calibration of measuring instruments by external companies
During campaign:
Perform sampling of operating products according to the laboratory control plan
• Perform necessary analyses, display results for users, and report anomalies
• Document the daily analysis reports
• Verify and monitor corrective actions taken by operators
• Monitor the proper functioning of laboratory measuring instruments by checking and taking action accordingly•
Participate in the preparation of the daily summary
Packaging:
• Check maturation (for molded products)
• Check the quality of finished products before release
• Establish the daily status of the packaging sector
Reception control:
• Check the conformity of chemicals, energy products, and packaging materials upon reception
Prevent QHSE risks in carrying out your activities:
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the ISO 17025 standard Contract farmers
• Participate in risk identification in your area
• Observe prescribed precautions and protections
• Apply QSE standards in every action
Participate in continuous improvement projects:
• Propose improvement actions to the hierarchical manager for validation and implement validated actions
 

Required profile :

You have a Bac+2/3 level education in process engineering, chemistry, biology, agri-food technology.

Experience as an intern in a similar role is required, ideally in the agri-food sector or heavy industry.
