Job :

As part of the development of its activities, our client, operating in the industrial and mobility sector, is recruiting a Logistics Engineer specialized in Supply Chain and Market Development.

The position consists of contributing to the development of the logistics and transport ecosystem in Morocco, particularly around electric mobility solutions for industrial vehicles.

Main Missions:

Commercial Development and Market Watch

• Develop and maintain a network of local partners: logistics companies, transport operators, and fleet managers.
• Identify new potential clients and development opportunities related to the electrification of vehicle fleets.
• Monitor the Moroccan logistics and transport market and provide market analyses.
• Identify the needs of local stakeholders and contribute to the development of adapted solutions.

Technical and Operational Support

• Participate in the design and evaluation of electrification solutions, including charging infrastructure and battery swapping systems.
• Conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses and operating cost comparisons.
• Study Moroccan regulations, vehicle homologation requirements, technical standards, and compliance obligations applicable to industrial vehicles.
• Support sales teams in preparing technical presentations and solutions tailored to clients.
• Participate in the implementation of pilot projects related to new transport solutions.

Partnerships and Coordination

• Develop and manage relationships with local suppliers, distributors, and after-sales service partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
• Undertake professional travel within Morocco as needed.

Required profile :

Profile Sought:

• Degree from Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Logistics Engineering, Transport, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transport, industrial vehicles, or Supply Chain.
• Good knowledge of the Moroccan logistics and road transport market.
• Knowledge of industrial vehicle regulations, import procedures, homologation, and compliance in Morocco.
• Understanding of electric vehicles or new mobility technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting TCO studies and operational cost analyses.
• Fluent English required.
• French and/or Arabic desired.
• Availability for professional travel in Morocco
