Job :

Ensure the daily management of the warehouse: reception, storage, stock management, order preparation, and shipping.

Work according to the established plan, with reliable stocks and full compliance with the hygiene, safety, and GMP standards of the pharmaceutical sector.

Required profile :

Order Preparation

• Prepare orders according to the instructions of the Warehouse Team Leader.
• Check the accuracy of the picked products (references, quantities, batches).
• Carefully package and pack, then prepare for shipment.

Warehousing: reception, storage, shipping

• Receive deliveries (vaccines and other products). Check packages and their compliance with delivery notes.
• Arrange and store products in compliance with storage conditions and labeling standards.
• Handle and move pallets and containers, by hand or with equipment if necessary.
• Detect and immediately report any anomalies to management: missing packages, defective packaging, non-compliance.

Stock Management

• Record movements (in, out, transfers) in the stock management computer system.
• Ensure stock accuracy: tracking, physical/computer reconciliation, discrepancy processing.
• Participate in counts and inventories.
• Monitor expiration dates and apply stock rotation.
• Report replenishment needs.
• Accurately complete all handling and stock documents.

Procedures, Quality, and Safety (QHSE / Lean)

• Apply procedures, GMP, and hygiene, safety, and environmental rules.
• Respect access and exit rules for the sterile zone.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Report HSE incidents and dangerous situations.
• Propose continuous improvement actions.
