Job :

We are recruiting for a major player in the restaurant sector a Store Manager.

Main tasks:

Ensure the operational and commercial management of the point of sale.
Drive store performance and ensure sales targets are met.
Supervise, train, and support teams daily.
Organize schedules and ensure optimal resource management.
Offer a quality customer experience and ensure an excellent level of service.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and supply management.
Implement commercial actions and promotional operations.
Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
Ensure compliance with procedures and hygiene and safety standards.


Required profile :

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in commerce, management, or equivalent field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in store management, ideally in the restaurant, retail, or large distribution sector.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Sense of leadership, organization, and decision-making.
Strong customer focus and service orientation.
Proficiency in commercial performance indicators and management tools.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities.
Rigor, autonomy, and initiative.
