Job :

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, your main mission is to ensure the management of all Facility Management activities and guarantee business continuity at your assigned site.

Be the main point of contact for users for all FM issues at your site.

Site Manager Mission:

o Management of a team of technicians and general services officers,
o Preferred contact person at your site for all managers and directors,
o Monitoring of cleaning and catering services at your site, and implementation of recommendations from the Site Operations Manager,
o Monitoring of multi-technical maintenance services at your site,
o Tracking of incidents and requests related to Facility Management at your site,
o Monitoring of actions to comply with regulatory and/or contractual obligations,
o Adherence to the operational procedures for services, and response times for requests,
o Reporting and monitoring of activity indicators for your site.
 

Required profile :

You have a Bachelor's degree +4 years of higher education and 5 years of experience in a similar role.

You have:

  • Good knowledge of electricity, air conditioning, and plumbing,
  • Mastery of energy aspects (energy efficiency...)
  • MS Office Suite, Knowledge of Power BI,
  • Ability to monitor outsourced activities (coordination, negotiation...).
