Job :

Reporting to the Senior Manager and within a team of multidisciplinary experts, you will advise clients in your portfolio by supporting them from a technical, operational, and relational perspective. You will be responsible for:

- Managing a client portfolio from conception to the delivery of deliverables;
- Drafting legal documents (approvals of accounts, capital increases/decreases, changes in company governance, etc.), contracts, and carrying out formalities related to restructuring operations (transfer and acquisition of shares, business asset transfers, mergers, partial asset contributions, etc.), commercial contracts (intra-group agreements, leases, service contracts, etc.), memos, internal notes...;
- Carrying out and supervising various legal operations;
- Conducting legal studies and consultations;
- Managing client relationships;
- Leading, supervising, and motivating the team of lawyers;
- Managing team schedules and timelines;
- Supporting and developing the team;
- Managing mission administration (coordination, invoice tracking, debt collection, archiving, etc.);
- Ensuring continuous legal monitoring. 

You have excellent writing skills, a synthesizing mind, and are rigorous. You will need to demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and autonomy. Being results-oriented, you will also know how to prioritize your actions.

Required profile :

You have a Higher Education in Law, a Master's degree in Private Law, Business Law, a Master's Cycle, a Specialization in Law, or a Business School degree; The bar exam (CAPA) is a plus. You have a confirmed experience of at least 10 years as a lawyer / Legal Manager with in-depth field expertise and confirmed and successful experience within a Business Law Firm.
