The Network Manager is responsible for the development, management, and performance of all automotive network points of sale. They define the commercial and operational strategy of the network, ensure consistency in practices, and support dealership managers in achieving their objectives.
Here are the main responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
1. Network Management and Development:
• Define and implement the commercial strategy within the different points of sale.
• Manage network meetings (monthly, quarterly) and steering committees.
• Identify best practices and deploy them across the entire network.
• Oversee the development of new points of sale (openings, acquisitions).
Performance Management:
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators (revenue, margins, volumes, customer satisfaction).
• Implement corrective action plans for underperforming sites.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards (audits, processes, brand image).
• Provide consolidated network reporting to senior management.
Partnership Management:
• Maintain relationships with importers and manufacturers (agreements, allocations).
• Negotiate commercial terms and annual objectives with partners.
• Manage concession agreements and ensure their renewal.
