Job :

The Foundever Group is hiring, for its site based in Yaacoub El Mansour, for its client operating in the field of consumer electronics and home appliances, customer advisors for call reception whose missions will be to provide assistance to customers in difficulty with the aim of fostering loyalty and satisfaction by providing a complete and reliable answer to their requests.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving customer calls
• Listening and diagnosing their needs to provide them with the appropriate solution
• Applying defined processes and mastering the use of tools
• Reporting any information that helps identify a malfunction or improve a procedure
• Contributing to the smooth running of the service
• Ensuring that qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management are met.

Required profile :

Profile Sought:

• Educated to Baccalaureate level or higher
• Good command of the French language (spoken and written)
• Experience desired
• Listening and service skills
• Good knowledge of computer tools
• Diligent, committed, punctual.
