Foundever Group is hiring for its site based in Casanearshore customer advisors for Messaging Processing who will have the following responsibilities:
• Receive customer requests.
• Analyze and diagnose their needs to provide them with the appropriate solution
• Apply defined processes and master the use of tools
• Report any information that helps identify a malfunction or improve a procedure
• Contribute to the smooth running of the service
• Ensure that qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management are met.
Required profile :
Profile Required:
• Holder of a Baccalaureate degree or higher,
• First experience in customer service is required.
• Good level of French language (spoken and written),
• Listening and service skills,
• Good computer skills,
• Punctual, dedicated, committed
