Ensure administrative management and the smooth running of the office;
Manage physical and telephone reception;
Organize schedules, meetings, and travel;
Ensure follow-up of administrative files and document management;
Coordinate communication between different departments;
Participate in various administrative tasks and support for management.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum in Management, Administration, or equivalent;
Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role is desired;
Excellent command of French, with very good speaking and writing skills;
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Organizational skills, rigor, and discretion;
Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
