As a Machine Operator, you will be a key player in optimizing our production. Your role will be to ensure the smooth operation of equipment, guarantee the quality of finished products, and actively participate in our company's value chain, while adhering to the strictest safety standards.

Your main missions will include:

• Operating and monitoring production machines.
• Controlling product quality according to defined standards.
• Rigorous application of safety procedures.
• Performing first-level maintenance operations.
• Resolving common technical problems related to machine operation.
• Collaborating with production teams to achieve production goals.
• Keeping production and control records.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a high school education (Bac) level is required. Training or an affinity with the fields of production, quality, safety, or maintenance would be a significant asset.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally in the metallurgy or steel industry, is sought. This period should have allowed you to develop a good understanding of industrial processes and operational expectations.

We are looking for a rigorous, reliable person with a good team spirit. Proficiency in basic machine operations and a good understanding of safety issues in an industrial environment are essential. The ability to diagnose simple anomalies and propose solutions is also appreciated.
